Purchase the Monthly or Annual Membership. Setup link will be sent to you, guiding you through the process of creating your account and downloading the Armored Heat App.
Sign the E-Waiver and start building a stronger and healthier arm. -
We suggest tailoring Armored Heat to your personal throwing schedule. To do this, click the Kettlebell Icon at the bottom of the screen to access our On Demand feature. From here, select the program that best correlates to your current day:
Pre Throw Activation: Prior to throwing on all throw days.
Full Armor Program: After throwing on high workload throwing days.
Scapular Emphasis Program: After throwing on moderate workload throwing days.
Recovery/Mobility Program: Before throwing on low workload throwing days.

We recommend Armored Heat for ages 12 and up. For younger athletes, we suggest the program be completed under the guidance of an adult.

No, Armored Heat is designed to complement, not replace, your current Strength and Conditioning Program

Armored Heat is not designed to be a rehab-specific program. If used in a rehab setting, it should be done under the guidance of your current Physical Therapist or Athletic Trainer.

For relievers, due to inconsistent pitch days, we recommend the following:
Start with the Full Armor Program on a day when you are guaranteed an off day the next day.
Complete the Scapular Emphasis Program on a normal catch day when you do not pitch.
Use the Recovery/Mobility Program when you are likely to pitch the next day.
There is no perfect way to implement the program for all relievers, so we encourage you to trial different combinations and see what works best for you personally.
